General
This is a bound volume containing documentary evidence of the exploitation of forced labor and which may have been used to inform work in a number of the subsequent NMT cases dealing with slavery and forced labor. A note at the head of the table of contents for the documents states, “Exploitation of Forced Labor. (Argued 11, 12 and 13 December [1945])” indicating this evidence was originally collected for use in the International Military Tribunal trials held from 1945-1946.
