This collection contains 44 volumes of bound material and 71 photographic prints that pertain to the Nuremberg Trials conducted by the International Military Tribunal from November 20, 1945 – October 1, 1946, and the subsequent trials conducted by the Office of Military Government, United States (OMGUS) Military Tribunal from December 9, 1946 – April 13, 1949.

This is a bound volume containing documents and correspondence relating to certain aspects of the history of Germany and documentation prepared outlining reasons for the pursuit of the U.S-led trials which began in 1946. Of particular interest is the glossary of terminology developed for use in the translation of words from German into English, especially regarding their use in legal documents.
