This collection contains 44 volumes of bound material and 71 photographic prints that pertain to the Nuremberg Trials conducted by the International Military Tribunal from November 20, 1945 – October 1, 1946, and the subsequent trials conducted by the Office of Military Government, United States (OMGUS) Military Tribunal from December 9, 1946 – April 13, 1949.

This is a bound volume containing documents and correspondence related to the preparation of manuscripts recording the indictments and judgments of the Milch Case (The United States of America against Erhad Milch, Case No. 2, Military Tribunal No. II) and the Flick Case (Military Tribunal IV, Case No. 5: The United States of America against Friedrich Flick, et al.). These publications are known as Trials of War Criminals before the Nuernberg Military Tribunals Under Control Council Law No. 10, also known as the Green Series, and printed by the Government Printing Office.
