Biographical / Historical

The Towson University chapter of the Society of Physics Students is part of a national professional association designed for students. Our goals include: promoting public interest in physics, both at Towson University and in the greater Baltimore area; allowing students and faculty to connect outside of the classroom; and providing a social atmosphere for students interested in physics to connect with one another. Membership is open to all students interested in physics regardless of major; our members include students studying education, computer science, and many others.
