Overview This College oversees the Departments of Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Secondary Education, Special Education, Educational Technology and Literacy, and Instructional Leadership and Professional Development. It was established in 1982 when the college system was created at Towson State University, now Towson University. This collection is composed of reports, committee work, meeting and correspondence files, and other material related to the administration of the College.
Overview Dr. Frederick James Ladd taught courses in art history and architecture at Towson University from 1971 until his retirement in 1991. The collection is chiefly composed of photographic materials photographed and purchased by Ladd dating from the late 1960s to the late 1990s.

Overview In 1962, just before the Towson became Towson State College [TSC] and a liberal arts school, the department of Speech and Drama was formalized. A student could now major or minor in Speech and Drama and focus on public speaking, theater, or speech science. Scope and Contents This record group's materials are largely textual and contains schedules, correspondance, budget requests, reports, minutes, floor plans, pamphlets, handbooks, photographs, and other material related to the planning and execution of orientation.
