Scope and Contents

This collection represents the creative works of Jonathan Leshnoff, composer and Towson University faculty member. Works begin in 1987 and continue into the present. The materials consist largely of musical sketches, drafts, and scores. Other materials include correspondence, composition references, ephemera, and recordings.

Scope and Contents This collection contains letters written to and from the Wheeler family and friends. The majority are correspondence between Betty and her mother, Becca Howell, while Betty lived within the United States and Europe. Some of Betty's letters are from her life before marriage. There are also some letters between Betty and extended family and friends as well as postcards from when Betty's parents took Bim to Canada. Abstract

Captain Harold S. Griswold served in the U.S. Army from 1942 to 1946. His son, Harold E. Griswold, is Professor Emeritus at Towson University. This collection contains various WWII ephemera obtained by Captain Griswold while he was serving in Europe during the war. It includes books on the rise of the Nazi party, assorted periodicals, collectable cigarette cards, postcards of varying countries of origin, German medals, and artifacts believed to have come from the bunker where Hitler died.
